We start this culinary adventure with the typical Italian breakfast ritual, with – very special! – dolcetti from Ancient Rome. Then we visit a local market with seasonal vegetables and fruit. You get explanations about use and preparation methods. And you taste! You’ll see a pizza chef working in his bakery, you taste an infinite variety of prosciutto and salami – with a sip of wine – and enjoy the best cappuccino in Rome, the best ice cream, and the world-famous Roman-Jewish dolci.

Locals Culinary Cultural is set optionally in the midst of the Highlights of the Historic Center (Piazza Navona, Pantheon, San Luigi De’ Francesi, Campo de’Fiori, Piazza Farnese, Jewish Quarter, Capitol) or in Trastevere (Jewish Quarter, Tiber island, Santa Maria in Trastevere, Santa Cecilia).
